WHAT IS RAW HAIR ?
Raw hair is hair that is 100% unprocessed or has not been altered in any way shape or form. Raw hair is collected from one donor, wefted & properly washed. All cuticles are aligned, with thickness from the wefts to the ends. Raw hair can also be lifted to high levels without being matted or shedding.
HOW COME EACH OF MY BUNDLES LOOK DIFFERENT ?
Raw Hair bundles are never identical. Each bundle will be different in color and texture. The colors will often vary in different brown tones. Being that the hair is not chemically altered or processed it is left in its natural state which may allow one bundle to be curlier than the other.
WHAT TEXTURES ARE AVAILABLE WITH RAW HAIR ?
Raw hair usually comes in the following three textures:
Wavy, Curly & Straight .
CAN THIS HAIR BE COLORED?
This is 100% RAW HAIR that has not been processed, therefore it can be colored. If you do not have any knowledge or experience with coloring hair please be sure to have your hair colored by a professional.
HOW MUCH HAIR DO I NEED?
For services such as natural sew-in, tape-ins, or microlinks, two to three bundles are recommended. Closure sew-ins or frontal sew-ins, you will need 8-10 ounces of hair which is 2-3 bundles with either a closure or frontal. Please remember this also depends on the lengths that you receive so be sure to read each guideline under every hair texture before purchasing.
HOW LONG DOES THIS HAIR LAST?
The hair can last up to five years or more with proper hair care. Please go to our proper hair care guidelines page in order to care for your hair.
